To be eligible for Manulife's eClaims service (direct billing), patients must do the following on Manulife's Plan Member Secure Site ( prior to attending the clinic for an appointment:

  • register and be activated; and
  • sign up for direct deposit and electronic claim statements

Patient claims will not be accepted for direct billing until you meet the above requirements. You may still submit a paper claim to your insurer for reimbursement (subject to the terms of your insurance contract).
