Contact Lens Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges of contact lenses purchased at our clinics will be accepted under the following circumstances:
Original, unmarked, unopened contact lens boxes will be accepted for credit or refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.
We may exchange open boxes at our discretion, for reasons such as a prescription change. Inquire in the clinic about your particular situation.
Within 90 days of an eye exam if a prescription recheck determines a different prescription is required, we will exchange contact lenses purchased from Campus Vision at no charge, even open boxes.
We will replace contact lenses purchased from Campus Vision at no charge while your prescription is valid should they fail due to manufacturer defect. This includes occasional replacement for torn or lost lenses.
Please note that we cannot provide exchanges, returns or provide substitute contact lenses for contact lenses purchased from another provider, even in the event of a prescription change. Please inquire with the outside provider about their return/exchange policies prior to purchase.
